Hi, I’m Marina, co-founder of Fit Results and a certified group fitness trainer known for my energy, positivity, and passion for helping people feel strong and confident. I’m excited to welcome you into our space.
Fitness has always been a central part of my life. I’ve been active for as long as I can remember—running marathons, earning my certification as a yoga instructor, and constantly seeking new ways to challenge my body. That shared passion for movement is what connected Luis and me from the start—our second date was a run, and by our fifth, we were doing a Fitcamp-style workout that left me sore for days and completely hooked. Fit Results was inspired by Luis’s vision of a gym centered on real health, longevity, and purpose. With my background in business development, I helped turn that vision into reality. Together, we built Fit Results to give people their health back in a professional, intentional, and supportive environment.
We believe in balanced, intentional programming. Our training blends strength, HIIT, and conditioning so each class supports the others, while staying focused on individual goals. Through our unique Semi-Personal Training model, each member follows a personalized plan supported by technology through our app and guided by highly skilled, attentive coaches—allowing people to train with structure, purpose, and long-term sustainability, regardless of experience level.
My coaching is shaped by variety, balance, and smart progression, and I bring that mindset into every class.
Rather than simply being a place to work out, Fit Results is a space where meaningful connections are built under the guidance of highly qualified and attentive coaches. Members form real friendships here while being led with structure, care, and professionalism. Our goal isn’t for people to pass through—we want Fit Results to be a lasting part of their health journey for years to come.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
