I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 months so I feel like I can finally give an honest review.
I love this gym. I wanted a gym where I could get to know the trainers and other folks in the class. Fit results delivered!
I am getting stronger with every class and really enjoy the trainers. I frequent Ronica’s classes and she really takes the time to help you on your form. I never used a barbell before but I feel like a pro now thanks to her!
If you’re looking for a judgement free community, I highly recommend Fit Results!

Off and on for years, I’ve looked for a gym to belong to in South Loop in an effort to get into a fitness routine. I’ve struggled in the past with starting and stopping because I really didn’t know what I was doing. After realizing my body was continually getting weaker as I got older, it was time to get serious. So a few months ago, I signed up for a 6 month semi-personal training program at Chicago Fit Results in South Loop. So far I have been very pleased with the experience I’ve had.

I’ve been attending this gym since March ‘25. The staff is outstanding, and all the coaches are excellent. They are very attentive and professional and at the same time they make it fun! They take the time to find out who you are and what are your needs. They have been very helpful working with me as I have crazy knee problems. They development personalized plans specific to who and what you are, and what goals you have. They are eager to assist you in obtaining your goals, be it weight loss, strengthening, or just being more active.
I really like the atmosphere, it’s very clean, and I feel comfortable being there. They really try to work with you, they meet you where you’re at.
I don’t feel out of place or unimportant. I’m a little older and they work with me just fine.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
