Our Story

Why Fit Results Exists

Fit Results was built on the belief that training can change more than just your body. It can change how you see yourself, how you show up, and what you believe you are capable of.

Our founder, Luis Centeno, discovered the power of fitness during a difficult chapter of his life. Training became a way to rebuild discipline, confidence, and purpose. When he returned home to Chicago, he brought that same mindset with him and began coaching others, starting with small outdoor sessions in Grant Park and a simple set of weights.

From the beginning, the focus was never on flash or quick fixes. It was on showing up consistently, coaching with care, and helping people build strength they could rely on.

Today, Fit Results is a boutique training studio supported by an experienced coaching team, trusted by thousands of people in the Chicago community, and recognized nationally for the quality of its coaching. But the mission has not changed.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
