As a certified personal trainer, my approach has always stayed the same – I listen first, coach intentionally, and help you build a better you. Working with everyone from athletes chasing performance goals to my mom who’s just trying to feel stronger, making fitness feel empowering and sustainable is always my priority. I know too well what it’s like to take the first steps, and having someone in your corner makes it a whole lot better. Other than the gym, I spend my days trying out new coffee shops with my sister or photographing this beautiful world. Listening to podcasts and planning my next trip is always on my To-Do list!

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
