Do you offer a trial?

We no longer offer trials. We believe in providing the best possible service to our members and offering free trials would reduce the attention we could give to both the trial attendees and paying members. We do have a drop in for $40 or a complimentary consultation available to see how we could best help you.

WHY IS A CONSULATION REQUIRED?

Our complimentary consultation is how we ensure we are putting new members in the proper classes/training, depending on their goals. It also prevents injuries and ensures your first experience with us is exceptional.

Can I cancel my membership?

For all new memberships, we ask for a minimum 3 month commitment. Current memberships after the first 3 months, we ask that you give us notification 21 days in advance before your membership renews to . If your billing cycle falls within that 21 day notification period, please be advised that you will be charged one more time for that next month.

Can I freeze/pause my membership?

Yes you can freeze your UNLIMITED membership but the freeze has to be one month minimum and can not last more than 90 days per calendar year. We ask that you give us notification 21 days in advance before your membership renews. If your billing cycle falls within that 21 day notification period, please be advised that you will be charged one more time for that next month. The 21 day notification is waived due to any medical emergencies. 8x month membership and unlimited 1 year prepaid membership can not be freeze.

I haven't worked out in a long time. Are these classes for me?

These classes are for everyone! In any class you’ll find people that have been doing these kinds of workouts for years, and others that are just getting started. We know its our responsibility to ensure that EVERYONE gets a good and safe workout. Everything is at your own pace and everything can be modified.

What is a good class for beginners?

Even though all our classes are beginner-friendly, we still require a consultation for new attendees to ensure safety and the best experience. This allows our coaches to help you properly perform exercises during the class and give modifications as needed.

I have an old injury. Do you offer modifications during class?

Everything can be modified! If you have an old injury, any mobility issues, or restricted movements of any kind, please let us know. We’ll make sure to provide alternatives and modifications throughout your program.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
