Amy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT,) yoga instructor, Holistic Nutrition Health Coach, and brings background in indoor cycling instruction. Her experience across strength training, mindful movement, and cardio allows her to create balanced, approachable, and effective workouts for all levels.

Amy is passionate about empowering others to take a well-rounded, sustainable approach to health and wellness. Her classes are designed to challenge the body while also building confidence, connection, and community so members feel supported, capable, and strong both inside and outside the studio.

Believing that wellness extends far beyond the absence of pain or illness, Amy focuses on nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. On the floor, she brings thoughtful coaching, clear cues, and an encouraging presence, creating an inclusive space where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired to show up as their best self in fitness and in life.

A free consultation at Fit Results is a chance to see if our coaching and training approach is the right fit for you. During your visit, you will meet with a coach, talk through your goals, training history, and any limitations, and complete a movement assessment and InBody scan. From there, we walk you through the personal or semi-private training options that best support your goals, including strength training, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking. There is no workout required. It is simply a clear, low-pressure way to understand how we help adults build strength, stay consistent, and make fitness a long-term habit.
