Jeff T

Coach, Personal Trainer

I started weightlifting when I was 12 years old, and from that point on, training became a big part of who I am. For a long time, I never pictured myself coaching other people—until about six years ago when another trainer pushed me to give it a shot. That conversation changed everything.

I earned my ISSA Personal Training Certification in June 2020, and I officially began training clients in 2021. Since then, I’ve been locked in on helping people build real strength, improve their physique, and gain confidence through structured, progressive training that actually makes sense—and lasts.

Alongside weight training and bodybuilding, I’ve also spent years training in martial arts. My background includes boxing and Dutch kickboxing, and more recently I’ve been practicing Kyokushin Karate. That experience plays a big role in how I coach—especially when it comes to conditioning, discipline, and pushing past limits.

Outside the gym, I’m into drawing and painting, calisthenics, parkour, reading philosophy, playing guitar, and death/black metal. I’m serious about training, but I also believe in staying creative and always challenging myself in different ways.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: help you get stronger, train with purpose, and build a body you’re proud of—without shortcuts.
