This class is designed to help you get stronger and build quality lean muscle through compound movements, olympic lifting, and functional strength training that build overall strength while being guided by a coach. With a different program each time designed to target various muscle groups, this class is essential to work in your weekly routine.
If there’s one class we highly recommend our athletes take to get the best results, it’s our strength training class. This is a 45 minute or one hour long session of strength training using dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, and other forms of equipment. Each strength training class throughout the week focuses on a different muscle group and is aligned with the same body parts being trained in any other bootcamp or Triple 20 class. This way, we can prevent overtraining and ensure we’re getting stronger in all areas of our body.
Each class will be guided by a coach and the format is “at your own pace” so that we can focus on good form, technique, and building strength- safely increasing the weight to a level you may not have used before or might not feel comfortable doing in one of our high intensity bootcamps.
All fitness levels and age groups are welcome. High intensity intervals allow members or attendees to go at their own pace and strength level by increasing weight or speed in any circuit. Modifications for every movement are available according to anyone’s limitations.
