High demand for 1 on 1 personal training inspired our Semi 1 on 1 Training sessions. A client will also receive a custom personal training program that consists of a consultation to understand fitness goals, as well as medical conditions or limitations. A program will then be designed and implemented in a small group setting, for a fraction of the cost of personal training.

With semi 1 on 1 training, you get all the benefits of an individualized program, with an added benefit of training with a community of other individuals, who can help support and motivate you. You will be pushing yourself, while encouraging others in the class to meet their own goals.
