Here at FIT RESULTS, we want you being the strongest, healthiest, best version of yourself. We believe that, in the long run, it’s not about being obsessed about “fatness,” but focusing on “Fitness.” If we focus on FITNESS and our ability to do more over time and feel good along the way, then body composition goals, whatever they might be, will follow naturally. But of course, YOUR NUTRITION and RECOVERY is the most important and probably hardest adjustment one can make to achieve those goals. We all know you work hard for your one hour in the day. But what are you doing during the rest of the day? Are you hydrating? Getting your nutrients in? Getting enough Sleep?
So we’re launching a 12 week body fat loss challenge for anyone that wants some motivation to start focusing more on your overall fitness, health and well being, and see how certain lifestyle changes make you a healthier you.
- First weigh-in is January 7-13. Ask a coach to weigh you in before or after a class.
- The contest officially begins January 13th. $25 cash entrance fee.
- We will then have our final weigh in April 6-13.
- Those that lose the most percent body fat from their starting body fat percentage each month wins. (Example: If you start at 20%, and then go down to 15%, that is a 25% loss.)
- Weekly check ins, emails, tips, and motivation. (more details to follow once signed up)
