No gym? No problem. Our instructor-led live classes will give you the training you need to improve your fitness wherever you are and regardless if you have equipment or not. Every day is different, and we offer classes from bootcamps, fat burning strength programs, recovery, legs/core, and all bodyweight bootcamps. Classes are Mon-Friday 530am, 7am, and 515pm. Saturday and Sunday at 9am. Can’t make a class or you want to rewatch it? This also gives access to our OnDemand Platform where you can watch the classes anywhere and anytime. Come train with us!

Use our new FIT RESULTS GO on demand streaming platform where we upload all of our recorded workouts right after the class finishes. No of course not! We know some people might have weights, bands, or nothing at all. So we provide bodyweight modifications in all of our workouts. But we do recommend loading a backpack or a duffel bag with some books and clothes if you’re looking to move an actual object. You can also use water jugs or other things from around your home.

Yes! All of our live workouts are for BOTH locations. But if you’re a first timer and have never made an account with us, you’ll just be making an account with us on our LOGAN SQUARE side and signing up for classes under FIT RESULTS LOGAN SQUARE in the MINDBODY APP
