Luis Centeno started FIT RESULTS as an outdoor bootcamp in Grant Park back in 2014, hauling a suitcase of weights to the park to train people looking for a good workout. Since then, we’ve grown into two large, beautiful training spaces in the South Loop and Logan Square with an all-star coaching staff, is rated 5 stars on every review platform you can find, was rated one of the Top Personal Training Gyms in the country by MENS FITNESS, and has served thousands of people under our roofs.

We don’t believe in just having one kind of class all day, every day. So we combine different training methodologies across a variety of class designed to get you get you fitter, moving better, and feeling stronger. Through a mix of functional strength training and HIIT, you’ll build lean muscle and burn calories within your workout and continue burning for up to 36 more hours post workout!

We believe in creating classes that are effective, challenging, safe, and empowering for every individual- no matter your level of experience. So no matter if you’ve been doing this for years or just getting started, we have a variety of classes to help build you up towards finding your strongest self.

Functional Strength

We believe in building strength where it matters and how it matters. Using a wide variety of equipment (barbells, kettle bells, dumb bells, and more) and different training methodologies (Olympic Lifting, circuit training, muscular isolation, and more), we guide people on how to be stronger than they've ever been before to do things they've never done before.

Aerobic Conditioning

We focus on strength, but we also focus on endurance. Our workouts are designed to increase your heart and body's capacity to do more in the gym AND out of the gym. People tell us all the time they have more energy and are able to take on more physical challenges in their lives because of the one hour they spend here.

Mobility First

Everything we do we do it safely and consciously, knowing ever body is different. We focus on technique, movement, and positioning, to better perform functional movement patterns you do in every day life.

Performance Enhancement

Life doesn't happen in one direction and at one speed. So we like to train dynamically. In any given class, we work on agility, dynamic movement, and building your inner nervous system through different training tempos so that you can perform better as a well rounded athlete.

The high intensity Bootcamp mixes up your fitness routine, combining endurance with strength training. Every class is never the same. Join this cross-training program and enjoy burning calories during class plus up to 36 hrs. post-workout.

Our Nationally patented Class combining Rowing, Cycling, and Strength Training.

This class combines three disciplines- rowing, cycling, and strength training- guaranteed to build your endurance and get you stronger.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Get stronger through a detailed and guided program.

Whether you've been strength training for years or just getting started, this class focuses on getting you stronger through building a solid foundation and learning technique while being guided by a coach watching your every move.

We sure do! The regular drop in is $25, but we offer a first time free drop in! Just message us on our contact page and we’ll let you know how to sign up for a class.

These classes are for everyone! In any class you’ll find people that have been doing these kinds of workouts for years, and others that are just getting started. We know its our responsibility to ensure that EVERYONE gets a good and safe workout. Everything is at your own pace and everything can be modified.

Any class is a great class for beginners, as our coaches will help you learn the movements and the exercises right there in the class while giving modifications and simplifying movements whenever needed or requested. But if you’re completely brand new, we suggest taking a strength training class to get accustomed to the functional movements without worrying about the speed or intensity of a class.

Everything can be modified! If you have an old injury, any mobility issues, or restricted movements of any kind, please let us know before the class. We’ll make sure to provide alternatives and modifications throughout the class.
