Luis Centeno started FIT RESULTS as an outdoor bootcamp in Grant Park back in 2014, hauling a suitcase of weights to the park to train people looking for a good workout. Since then, we’ve grown into two large, beautiful training spaces in the South Loop and Logan Square with an all-star coaching staff, is rated 5 stars on every review platform you can find, was rated one of the Top Personal Training Gyms in the country by MENS FITNESS, and has served thousands of people under our roofs.

We sure do! The regular drop in is $25, but we offer a first time free drop in! Just message us on our contact page and we’ll let you know how to sign up for a class.
These classes are for everyone! In any class you’ll find people that have been doing these kinds of workouts for years, and others that are just getting started. We know its our responsibility to ensure that EVERYONE gets a good and safe workout. Everything is at your own pace and everything can be modified.
Any class is a great class for beginners, as our coaches will help you learn the movements and the exercises right there in the class while giving modifications and simplifying movements whenever needed or requested. But if you’re completely brand new, we suggest taking a strength training class to get accustomed to the functional movements without worrying about the speed or intensity of a class.
Everything can be modified! If you have an old injury, any mobility issues, or restricted movements of any kind, please let us know before the class. We’ll make sure to provide alternatives and modifications throughout the class.

Best workout ever! I started going to the south loop location, then moved up north and they opened the Logan square location so I started going there. It's always a different workout, so it never gets boring. Usually burn at least 400 calories every time.
