When a friend introduced Noah to Fit-Results and Lou in 2016 she hadn’t worked out with any consistency for years – since before her daughter was born (in 2000!). She wanted her daughter to grow into a strong and healthy woman and knew that she had to model that, so she had recently made a commitment to herself to get and stay healthy. But she didn’t know where to start. At Fit-Results, she was able to get moving with one-on-one sessions until she felt comfortable with the exercises and then joined the group classes. She’s been coming five days a week ever since!
Proudest accomplishment? She says, “clapping pushups! No one expects females to be physically strong – but we are, especially the Fit-Results family.” She adds, “Most important, though, is being consistent and staying healthy. I love the routine and I look forward to coming every day.”
